Child care has been an integral part of my life, deeply rooted in both formal and informal contexts. A significant chapter began within the confines of my own home, where the responsibility of looking after my younger sisters fell upon my shoulders. My single mother, engrossed in her farm activities, entrusted me with the vital role of guiding and nurturing my siblings. With my elder sister pursuing her studies in a neighboring city, I embraced the role of a surrogate parent, tending to their needs, sharing in their joys and challenges, and shaping their growth and development.

The bonds I forged within my own family soon extended to our neighbors' children, Sampada, Jessica, and Sarad. Their vibrant presence became a delightful addition to my life, enriching my days with shared laughter and countless adventures. As I navigated the dual roles of an elder sister and a caring neighbor, I discovered the profound impact of fostering connections and creating nurturing environments for young hearts to flourish.

Currently, I am pursuing a bachelor's degree, immersing myself in morning classes that broaden my horizons. The afternoons, on the other hand, witness my transition into the role of a dedicated babysitter. For the past year, I have had the privilege of caring for two wonderful baby girls aged 9 months and 7 years. Their parents, devoted bankers, entrust me with their precious well-being. My responsibilities encompass a comprehensive range of tasks, from preparing nourishing meals and attending to their feeding needs to aiding the elder one with her schoolwork. Engaging in play, storytelling, and nurturing a warm and supportive environment have become integral components of my daily routine.

Drawing from over five years of hands-on experience in supervising and caring for children aged 4 to 14 years, I have honed my skills in a variety of settings. I adeptly schedule and manage multiple activities, ensuring a balanced blend of education, recreation, and creativity. Whether it's assisting with homework and projects, organizing engaging games, or facilitating imaginative artistic pursuits, my commitment to holistic child care remains unwavering.

The evenings come alive with a unique dimension of my child care journey, as I take on the role of a tutor for a spirited group of 10 children aged 4 to 14 years.
