My first experience with kids was with my little cousin Bianka. I was 13 when she was born and since then I love to spend time with her. When she born, I was always helping my aunt to give her a bath, playing with her and singing songs to her. She was getting older, but I was still very excited to have fun together at my grandma’s house. Always playing, singing, dancing or watching movies.

When I was in High school I was part of a volunteer program that would help small kids with their theater and dance skills. They were from families that could'd spend time with them on Saturdays, so we were responsible for staying and taking care of them the whole day.

Also, few years ago I was part of a volunteer group in a small community. I spent my time there playing with kids from 4 to 11 years old. We were playing games, singing songs and practice some dancing. It was an awesome experience because it was a volunteer work with kids who live in the periphery.

When I graduated, I started teaching kids and teenagers. I used to teach Portuguese for teenagers (12- 15 years old) and English for little kids (2 - 11 years old). I always had a good relationship with my students. As a teacher, I could teach but also learn a lot with them, because the students always have something to teach us.

Last year, during my backpacking, I went to Montevideo (Uruguay) and there a met an amazing family who lives in Uruguay and in Switzeland. There I was volunteering in the farm, but I also had the oportunity to spend a lot of time with the kids, playing, singing, preparing cakes and helping them to do their homework. Meet them gave me the oportunity to come to Switzeland, and this is why I am in Europe now. We had a good connection and this family invited me to come here and help them with the kids.
