I have felt although the applicants aren't vetted (we have done our own vetting) that it allows us to have the greatest access to au pairs over looking on other websites such as facebook groups etc. We have had amazing family hosting experiences and it has been ❱❱

We used the excellent search feature to filter out our requirements and very quickly narrowed it down to a few candidates.
