Since I was very young, I’ve always been surrounded by kids. For some reason, the younger ones tend to be drawn to me and trust me easily. As I mentioned before, I started caring for the children in my building when I was around 15-16 years old, doing all sorts of tasks, from helping with their daily activities to assisting with homework, personal care, and play.

In addition, I spent two and a half years taking care of two lovely girls in their home. When I started, the younger one was just 8 months old, and the older one was 4 years old. I helped with everything from daily routines and personal care to playing and supporting their development. This experience was incredibly rewarding, and I grew very close to the girls and their family.

During my studies, I also did internships in educational centers, and both the school and I were very happy with the experience. In fact, I still visit the teachers and check in on how the children are doing. Surprisingly, many of them still remember me, which always makes me smile.

In my job at LEGO, I was responsible for organizing activities related to children, such as workshops and fun dynamics. I would often approach the play area to interact with them, ensuring they left with a smile on their face after having a great time.

Most recently, I worked at a private school (the last school where I did my internship) as a teacher in a class of 20 children, all around 3 years old. At first, it was a bit challenging because everything was new. The children didn’t have the necessary adaptation period, which is so crucial. However, with the right attitude, enthusiasm, and passion, I was able to face the challenge. It was a tough but rewarding experience, and it confirmed for me that teaching is my true calling and something I am meant to do.
