Dear Future Host Family,

Thank you for taking the time to read my letter.

Hello! My name is Emiliza, am 28 years old, applying from my home country, the Philippines. I graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Administration major in Human Resource Development Management in 2022. I am residing with my mother and siblings along with my nieces. With the members of our family, our 3 dogs - Brandy, Scotch, and Heineken and 4 cats - Siege, Sky, Chuchay, and Coffee, and three newborn kittens.

During my spare time, I create new sketches while listening to songs and singing as well and I seldom read novels. Although I am not a professional photographer, taking photos of beautiful sceneries and moments is one of my hobbies. I like learning new things and discovering what I can do more in this life. I am into trekking and hiking, love good food and coffee very much.

I'd like to walk you through how I am personally; I am an enthusiast and a great listener. I always listen to my friends whenever they need someone to share their problems or happiness by achieving something and supporting my siblings throughout their dreams. I describe myself as a friendly individual, someone you can depend on, and an optimistic. I am family-oriented and enjoy spending time with my friends and colleagues. I am an avid fan of Korean dramas and I also enjoy watching new movies, and meeting new people and would love to travel the world in the future.

Right now, I am working as an HR Assistant (Compensation and Benefits) and I am responsible for end-to-end payroll processing. I also worked as the On Call Waitress four years ago which I've enjoyed since I was able to meet and socialize with different people who were very kind to me. Furthermore, I worked in a theme park as a Games Attendant for almost two years and I got to meet kids and entertain them while playing and was able to bond with different customers.

As one of the elder sisters, I also took care of my younger siblings while our parents were working. I also grew up looking after my nieces when their mother went to a supermarket. I mostly played with them, taught them coloring and counting, and fetched them from school. I also enjoyed creating their costumes when they were still young every time they would be in a school pageant or school competition.

The reason why I want to be your future Au Pair because I see myself taking care of kids and teaching them while growing. I want to learn new cultures, and languages, and meet diverse communities while learning and growing in new customs and traditions. Further, I want to be an Au Pair internationally because I want to earn enough to help my mother with our financial needs, especially for the educational needs of my siblings. As much as I want to learn about your cultures I would love to share my cultures and language as well to your family.

With this, hopefully, you will consider me for the role although I don't have professional experience as an Au Pair. I can be your great Au Pair as I can highly learn and develop new skills. I have a natural caring ability and a childlike spirit.
