Hello from our chalet in the Swiss Alps! We’re excited to introduce our family and share a bit about life here.

We are a family of four: our two children age 3 and 4, and our playful (old) dog. We live in a charming and buzzing village called Grindelwald, surrounded by beautiful mountains. This village is one of the most visited place in Switzerland seeing over 1 million visitors per year.

At home, we speak English, French, and German. The closest bus stop is just 100 meters from our house, making it easy to explore. To help you enjoy your time here, we’ll provide an e-bike for local adventures and a hiking/ski pass so you can experience the stunning trails and landscapes the Alps have to offer. You'll also have your own studio with kitchen and bathroom.

Our family is very outdoorsy - we love hiking and skiing. As every toddlers, our kids are energetic and curious.
This would be our 4th Au Pair experience, everyone staying 1+ year with us. The visa process is facilitated with a government approved agency. You are allowed to stay one year (12 months) officially.

We’re looking for an Au Pair who shares our love of adventure, organised and independent, with a good sense of humour, a kind and playful heart, and is excited to be part of a dynamic family. You must be able to confidently hike and ride a bike, and you are not scared of snow or rain :) Having already lived on your own is a plus.
