The twins are in daycare Tuesday to Friday and Laidey is in school five days a week. Mondays are when you’ll have the twins all to yourself — a great day for adventures and quality time. The core of your job will be morning routines, drop-offs/pick-ups, and hanging out with the girls on Mondays. We also ask for a little light housework like tidying, laundry, and vacuuming, but we have a cleaner who takes care of the heavy stuff.

Our days usually kick off around 6:30am — morning cuddles, breakfast chaos, hair brushing marathons — the usual. Once everyone’s out the door, you’ll have time for house jobs, errands, or planning fun for Monday’s twin time. Think beach outings, play centre visits, park picnics, or movie afternoons — or simply getting creative at home. On Tuesdays, there’s a swimming lesson after school and from time to time, the girls do modelling and might need a lift to a photoshoot. On Thursdays and Fridays, you’ll usually finish up by 11am — hello long afternoons off! The evenings and weekends are all yours to explore Sydney or relax.

We’re looking for someone warm, reliable, and confident with little people. If you're calm in the chaos, love a giggle, and can drive a carload of singing kids like a pro — you’ll fit right in! We’ll always include you in weekend activities if you’d like to join (but no pressure), and we genuinely hope you’ll feel at home and part of the family.

Our Must-Haves:

⭐️ A minimum 6-month placement (our girls get attached — and saying goodbye is tough!).

⭐️ Ideally 21 years or older at the start (but we’re flexible for the right person).

⭐️ Previous childcare experience — au pair, kindergarten, daycare educator or teacher preferred.

⭐️ A confident driver.

⭐️ Available to start between 14–17 August 2025.

You’ll receive $300 per week, plus 1 week of paid leave every 6 months, a pay rise after 6 months, and a bonus if you stay longer than 10 months.
