CURRENTLY I AM AU PARING IN vorarlberg, Austria.
I was au pair in Germany for 10 months so unfortunately i cant be an au pair again there.



Hallo,
My name is Mariana but my friends call me Mery, I´m 21 years old, I am from Mexico but currently i am au paring in Röthis, Austria, looking for my next host family.

When i was an au pair in GermanyI take care of one kid, he is 5. My duties with him were:
1.-taking him to kindergarten and pick him up on bike.
2.- when is necessary prepare food for him.
3.-to play with him.
4.- helping to put him to bed.

Family:

My family in Mexico consist of my dad, my mom, my older brother and my little sister, I am the the daughter in the middle.
My parents always taught me good values (respect, empathy, tolerance and trust).

Personality:

I would say friendly, loving, extrovert and responsable define me really good. I consider myself to be a person with whom it is very easy to adapt and who is very adaptable to situations. I always fit in, I mean I am very open-minded, I do not close myself to new experiences.
What I like most about myself is my unwavering soul and my confidence.


Free time:

I am a person who likes to be outside and inside, i am used to both. I would like to try new sports here in Europe since where i live in Mexico is not possible to do activities like climbing or skiing (where i live in mexico summer is with 37-41 degrees and winter is 15-20 degrees).
I used to play soccer, softabll, volleyball and i also know how to skating in floor and ice.
And since i am here I like to cook, because are new recipes and they are interesting and I like to cook Mexican food for my host family.

Childcare experience:

I would say my experience is pretty good, i took care of 2 kids in Mexico for 5 years since 0 to 5 years and 0 to 3 years, i took care of 1 kid in Germany and now in Austria my host kids are big enough to take care of them but i cook for them, wash and fold their clothes and i help the oldest kid to practice spansih.

Language experience:

I speak spanish as my mother language, english fluent and a bit of german and of course i am open to learn new languages.

Motivation:

Well, I think this is a great cultural exchange since you can learn about new cultures, languages, lifestyles and it is really interesting for me since I am here in Germany I realize the difference in lifestyle between Mexico and germany or europe.
For me is interesting and nice to live together with kids since they are always saying funny or interesting things and I like it.

Expectations:

I would love to have a great experience with my new host family since I am willing to provide a great experience in living with a mexican girl, share my culture, food, customs and if you like a little of my language too.
I would like to have weekends off but I am willing to help out on some weekends if you need it. I really like the flexibility since I provide a lot of it.

Cooking, emptying or filling the dishwasher, folding or washing the children's clothes is not a problem for me.
I am also willing to help you if you ever need a little extra help.


Other thing:

I eat everything and like to try new foods.
