My name is Kaela, I’m 24 years old and originally from Barbados. I'm a warm, nurturing, and dependable person who genuinely enjoys supporting others and creating a calm, happy environment around me. Coming from a tight-knit and sometimes challenging family dynamic, I’ve developed a strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and patience all of which I bring to the role of an Au Pair and Nanny.

I’m drawn to becoming an Au Pair because I love working with children and believe in helping them feel seen, supported, and safe as they grow. Beyond that, I’m excited to immerse myself in a new culture, build meaningful connections, and learn from a different way of life. Being an Au Pair is not just a job to me, it's a chance to be part of a family and make a positive impact.
