Hi my name is Greg and my 7 year old son is Geordy. We live in a ski town in the northern alps of Japan called Hakuba.

I own a small air bnb business that caters for international ski tourists.

My son is a sponsored skier with dreams of becoming professional one day. We both love to ski together and are out enjoying the mountains every day.

We're looking for a polite and friendly Aupair who can do house cleaning for change overs for my air bnb business. Also picking up and dropping off guests on arrival and departures of their holidays.

Also someone who feels comfortable operating a snow remover machine ( snow blower ) and also not scared to shovel some snow is needed would also be a bonus.

We do live in a snow town, so experience living in a snow environment and what to expect ftom snow living would also be rated highly.

We're also wanting shopping and sometimes cooking and cleaning done in our house.

Also Geordy is home schooled so we would also like some assistance with motivating Geordy with making education fun.

We can provide accomodation and food along with a salary that can be discussed and agreed on.

This would be a fun and rewarding roll for the minimum of 6 months starting from November 2025.

With the potential for extending and traveling with us to new zealand for 3 months to do another ski season.

So the love of children is an absolute must. And the love of the snow and snow sports will be rated highly on applications.

This, I believe is an amazing opportunity to be a part of Geordys life. He is an amazing, loving, kind and friendly boy. And we are looking for someone with similar qualities.

Being able to ski or snowboard would be a bonus and we could also provide a ski pass.

Cleanliness and an eye for detail and customer service for our guests is also paramount.

Hours would vary, but we would be needing between 20 to 30 hours per week during our busy period.

And often less time than that, to be able to enjoy ski time or free time to enjoy to yourself.

The business is only busy for 3 to 4 month from mid December to mid March.

So outside of those times there will be lots of opportunities to travel around Japan and explore this beautiful country we live in.
