How to send a message to a family/candidate?

Here is how our messaging system works:
  • When you send a request to any member of AuPair.com or add her/him to your hotlist, the member will immediately get a notification
  • If your prospective match is Premium, she/he will be able to send you a private message and give you the chance to write back. In this case you wouldn't need to pay for anything!

If you become a Premium Member yourself then you can contact everyone on your own - you won't need to wait for any answer to send free-form messages.


Also remember, that if your prospective match is Premium, you are totally free to open your account's inbox and answer directly even having a Basic Account on AuPair.com.


So, in short: one of the two members involved in the conversation, Host Family or Au Pair, needs to be Premium to go on with further communication.
