Dear future Host family,

Thank you very much for considering my application. In this letter I want to tell you something about myself.
My name is Luzia and I am 18 years old. I live in a big city in Germany, called Cologne. I live there with both my parents and my little brother, who is 15 years old. My father is working in a hospital and my mother is a teacher. At the moment, I am in the 12th grade and I am going to graduate this summer. My favourite subjects are English, French and biology. I play tennis and volleyball in a club and I love going to the gym. I also like to read and cook and I enjoy skiing and snowboarding. I am an active person in general.

I would love to become an Au-Pair to connect two things I really enjoy. One being, spending time with children and the other one being improving my language while getting to know a country and culture. Especially after having finished high school, working as an Au-pair is something that would help me orientate myself and find out what I would like to do later in life.
I love travelling and would like to find out more about the everyday life of an English family.
