I have always had a strong affinity for children and find great joy in spending time with them. I have been working with kids since I was 13 years old. I have had the exquisite pleasure of spending about 10 hours a week on being a handball coach. Apart from the fact that in terms of sport it gave me a lot as a person, the most important part of my job was to see the fantastic children develop. Because each time you got even closer to who they were as handball players, but even more importantly, who they were as people. Besides this I have been a babysitter for my family's kids. I am currently working in a daycare where I am taking care of children between 1-4 years old. That means that I have experience in mealprepping, feeding, changing diapers, activating, playing, putting children to bed and cleaning. I love my job, because I have the pleasure of making kids laugh, cheer them up, developing them and making a bond with them. I mean that I definitely can use this in my job as an Au Pair. As an Au Pair, I believe I can cultivate meaningful connections with the children under my care, providing them with love, support, and guidance during their formative years. The prospect of engaging in various activities with them, such as playtime, learning, and exploration, excites me immensely. Becoming an Au Pair in the United States offers a unique chance to immerse myself in American culture and society. I look forward to witnessing and embracing diverse traditions, customs, and lifestyles, which will undoubtedly broaden my horizons and enhance my cultural understanding. This exposure will help me become a more open-minded and well-rounded individual. As an adventurous and sociable person, I genuinely appreciate the opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds and walks of life. Working as an Au Pair in a foreign country would allow me to build lasting friendships and connections with not only the host family but also other Au Pairs, locals, and fellow travelers. These interactions will enrich my life and create cherished memories. Moving abroad to work as an Au Pair requires courage and adaptability. The experience of living in a new country, taking care of children, and managing daily responsibilities will undoubtedly foster personal growth and independence. I am eager to challenge myself and develop new skills as I navigate life in a foreign environment.
