Greetings to my future host family! Hi, my name Sitti and I would like to have the opportunity to be your au pair! I have always wanted to explore Europe (especially France and Germany) and connect to the people there. Therefore, I have seen that being an au pair is the best option to learn about these places and the people. Europe is very dear to me. I have explored Belgium, France, Spain, and Germany in 2018. Since then, I have always known that I will come back and experience these places in a closer look.

I am a dedicated person on my career and studies and on the same time, I love taking care of children. I grew up doing baby-sitting as my part-time job. I also have 8 nieces + nephews that I have take care of whenever my siblings need a hand (or not :)). Apart from that, I share my experience and spend my free-time to teach children on few subjects such as languages (Malay and English mostly), Mathematics, and Science. I volunteer in NGOs to teach refugees in these subjects as well. I would like to get the opportunity to share this skills as well in another atmosphere and crowd. I practice an active lifestyle where I go to the gym a lot and exercising. I also enjoy writing poetry and reading self-development books.

I came from a big family of 9 people. I am the youngest out of my 7 siblings. My father who is currently 64 years OLD XD has always lived in Sabah, Malaysia and my mother passed away 6 years ago. My family are very close to each other even though we live in different places in the state/country. 2 of my siblings are disabled which gave us as a family the specialty to take care of people with special needs. We also love animals and easily adopt them (especially cats.. Cats are life...). Growing up I have always been independent. I started working at 14 years old which made me experience the working world earlier than most of my friends.

I want to join Au Pair as I want to practice my independence in Europe while doing what I love. I love children and I am very good in taking care of them. My alertness and caring attitude are always the qualities that the children I took care of love. I also want to broaden my experience by learning about the cultures around the world and share stories of the culture stories from the country I come from. When I come to your family, I would love to come not just as an au pair, but as a new family member. Family is very important to me and I would love to reach out a helping hand and support my family in times of needs.

I have high self-discipline where I always balance my work and I also studied full time. I will be a good au pair because I am punctual and very easy going. I interact well with kids as well as adults. I really value honesty and integrity. They are values that I plant in myself deeply so that I am able to be diligent and trustworthy in my responsibilities. Host can easily communicate with me and I am very good in obeying rules and regulations. Apart from that, I can communicate very well across cultures, age, and genders. My dedication to my responsibilities is very strong. I am also willing to give extra hours to take care of children and pets. I am also very creative and well-versed in a many aspects of household. My ability to adapt with changes and learn a new language fast is also a bonus for me for easier communication, and I hope for my future host family as well.
