Hello and thank you for taking your time to look at my page!

My name is Charlie and I am a 17 year old german girl.
By the earliest time I want to start my Aupair (January 2023) I will be 18 years old.

I want to become an Au Pair because I am curious and open to new cultures and I believe that meeting new people and getting to know a new culture and environment will be beneficial for me as a person. I think it will be a challenge to adjust in a new setting and should not be underestimated, but I believe I will be able to settle in quick and succesfully with a little help of my host family!

I enjoy spending my time learning, especially things I am interested in, such as languages, drawing and crocheting.
I am fluent in both English and German and at an intermediate to advanced (can hold conversations comfortably) level with Korean. In French I can hold basic conversations, while I just started to learn Japanese as well. All of the languages I learned, except for English and German, are aquired through self-study.

Since I am always eager to learn more, picking up new languages and skills fast also shouldnt be a big challenge if a little bit of help and guidance can be provided!

Regarding childcare, since I have a little brother (2 years old), I have a little bit of experience with smaller children. Since I am not a professional, I will probably need a little bit of guidance of what and when to do something here as well in the beginning, but I am sure I can quickly adjust to your standards and get all the work done efficiently!
