Dear Host Family,

My name is Harumi Michelle, I’m 23 years old, and I come from Mexico. I studied International Business at university, and I speak English fluently (level B2/C1) as well as basic French. I’m a responsible, cheerful, and empathetic person who truly enjoys spending time with children and helping them learn and grow in a fun and safe environment.

I would love to become an Au Pair & Nanny because I believe it is a meaningful opportunity to be part of a new culture, improve my language skills, and create lasting bonds while doing something I genuinely enjoy — caring for children. For me, being an au pair is not just about childcare; it's about sharing experiences, learning from each other, and supporting a family in their daily life.

You should host me because I am mature, reliable, and genuinely enthusiastic about being involved in your children's lives. I have experience teaching English to children aged 3 to 10, and I have also cared for little ones in informal settings, including toddlers. I enjoy organizing activities such as crafts, storytelling, baking, and outdoor play, always adapted to each child’s age and interests. I am also open to helping with light housework and supporting your family’s routine as needed.

I truly feel I would be a great fit for a warm, active family like yours. I’m excited about the idea of helping your children start and end their school days with positivity and care, and I would love to be part of their growth and daily adventures — whether that’s a trip to the zoo or a cozy afternoon baking cookies together.

Experiencia con niños

Although I haven’t worked as an official Au Pair yet, I do have experience caring for children as an English teacher for young learners between the ages of 3 and 10. During that time, I not only helped them with language learning, but also created fun and engaging activities that encouraged creativity, teamwork, and emotional development. I have also cared for younger children, including toddlers, in informal settings, and I always make sure they feel safe, listened to, and supported.

Becoming an Au Pair & Nanny abroad is a dream I’ve had for a long time. I truly enjoy spending time with children — every day is full of joy, imagination, and something new to learn or share. I love how children see the world and I believe in being a positive role model while also encouraging their curiosity and independence.

Living abroad with a host family would be a beautiful way to experience a new culture from the inside, improve my language skills, and create meaningful connections. I’m very excited about the idea of being part of a family’s everyday life, sharing traditions, and creating warm and fun memories with the children.
