Welcome, Potential Host Family!

Happy children make happy parents, and happy parents make happy communities, and happy communities heal the world - well, at least that's what I believe. My name is Danne Michelle, 24 years old. I am going to give you 10 short reasons why you should consider me as your Au Pair:

1. Your kids deserve someone who knows what to do at all times, especially in an emergency; someone with problem-solving skills who does not need to be told what to do in every situation, and who is proactive and have great problem-solving skills. You are looking at that "someone"...It's me! With years of experience caring for different age groups you can count on me to provide the best care for your children.

2. Leave your kids in the hands of someone who truly loves and cares about children. I am very passionate about children because they are so innocent and yet so vulnerable. My passion for children is what got me visiting and bringing gifts to less privileged children for years and caring for those in Children Homes.

3. I will serve as a Live-in Tutor, helping your kids with homework, writing and reading.

4. Let you children learn to speak French, or construct basic sentences in an African language. For example, "Ek kan Afrikaans praat." How cool is that!

5. Imagine your kids singing songs in a new language and actually understanding what they are singing. I also teach dancing.

6. Your kids will learn new games, some of which are the results of my creativity. We will also play football (soccer). You can call me the Football (Soccer) Nanny. I love soccer!

7. I love cooking too! (Oh, did I say that loud?). I love cooking! In my free time, I create special recipes and delicacies, and people love them. I know how to create healthy, delicious foods for children. I will work with the parents to figure out what is best for the children.

8. In our today's world, protecting the environment is very important. It is important to me too. I have received a Certificate in Environment & Sanitation. I can show the kids a few things about caring for their environment and the benefits of being clean and organized.

9: I love to entertain children and I am also an artist. We will create new games, artistic designs like drawing or painting.

10. As a part of the family, I will help out by performing any other duties necessary. For example, cleaning, dishwashing, laundry, grocery shopping, dressing up the kids, making the beds, fixing breakfast, school pick-ups and drop-offs, etc.

I am a 24-year-old Cameroonian with a Bachelor's Degree in my back pocket, and a great passion for children in front on me. I am very hardworking, currently caring for over 6 children. I communicate better in French than in English, but I would love to lear new languagues.
