Virtual Childcare – How to find a virtual Au Pair today
In times of social distancing and home schooling childcare has changed drastically. AuPair.com supports you in finding a suitable solution for your family. We offer virtual childcare for all children from 4 to 14 years.
Our virtual Au Pairs can keep your children meaningfully occupied online for several hours a day. Whether school or daycare is cancelled, your child is sick or the babysitter cancels at short notice, you can hire our online Au Pairs to virtually nurture your child.
Instead of letting your child be sidetracked by television and the internet, you want to keep your child occupied in a meaningful way. And that is exactly what you will find with us! Our childminders teach your children, entertain them and keep your back free while you work in your home office.
How does Virtual Childcare work?
As a Premium Family, you select the candidate and have an interview via video call.
After you have chosen a childminder, he or she does a 30-minute trial session with your child.
The virtual childminder is paid in advance per hour. If both parties agree, you transfer the money for 4 childcare hours directly to your chosen candidate.
After the childcare provider has received the money, he or she begins to care for the child online.
After the money is used up and you are still interested in the same childminder, you can pay the childminder in advance for a maximum of 10 hours.
It is very important that you attend the trial session and make sure that the chemistry between your child and the caregiver is right. Then you can concentrate on your work or use the time to recharge your batteries yourself.
