Hi families! My name is Nya, nice to meet you! I grew up in a close-knit family, and my younger brother—who is adopted from Samoa—is truly my best friend. Growing up in a diverse family has made me passionate about learning and appreciating different cultures!

Becoming an Au Pair is the perfect way for me to combine two of my biggest passions: working with children and experiencing new cultures. I recently returned from living in Mexico for 18 months, where I learned Spanish and completely fell in love with discovering a new way of life. Being an Au Pair gives me the opportunity to continue learning and growing while also being a positive influence in children’s lives.

Family is everything to me. I know how important it is to feel safe, supported, and loved, especially for children. As your Au Pair, I will treat your kids with the same care and respect I would offer my own family. I will love, support, and encourage them every day. I hope to become not just a helper in your home, but a big sister figure your children can rely on.

I’ve been babysitting and nannying since I was 12 years old, and it’s something I truly enjoy. I’ve cared for children of various ages and always strive to be a kind, patient, and fun presence in their lives. I understand the responsibility that comes with caring for children and take that very seriously. With my experience, energy, and genuine love for kids, I believe I’d be a great fit for your family.

Experiencia con niños

While I haven’t worked as an official Au Pair yet, I’ve been babysitting and nannying since I was 12, caring for kids of all ages. I’ve helped with meals, homework, bedtime, and fun activities—always aiming to be a positive, reliable presence, like a big sister.

I also spent 18 months living in Mexico, where I learned Spanish and adapted to a new culture. That experience helped me grow more independent, flexible, and open-minded.

Becoming an Au Pair abroad combines two things I love: working with kids and learning about new cultures. I’m excited to be part of a new family, support and care for the children, and build real connections while experiencing daily life in another country. It’s a chance to grow, give, and create meaningful memories.
