*I am currently studying for my Master's degree so I am looking for a family for this summer; the months are July-August-September*

Dear Hostfamily,
My name is Irene, I’m from Italy and this year I will be 23.

I live in a little village in the north of Italy, which is about 1h from Bologna. My village is very quiet, but I also like living in the city.

At home we are four: my dad, who works in the construction industry; my mum, who is a Spanish teacher and my brother, who is 5 years younger than me.
We also have two cats and two dogs; I love animals in general and going out with my dogs for walks, while my cats prefer staying inside on the couch.

When I was younger my mum suggested me to do some sports, so I started swimming. I did it for many years and now I feel very comfortable in the water. I also love going out for a run occasionally. I also joined a music school when I was 13 and I learned playing transverse flute; I still play it in a band.

As regards other passions, I like cooking very much: I love helping my mum and my grandma to do some typical Italian dishes, such as tortellini, lasagne, tigelle or tiramisù. I also love reading books, mainly noir novels.

I’m an organised person, I like to create new routine every month and always learn new things.

I’ve always loved staying with kids: I have 2 little cousins and I take care of them sometimes; moreover, I babysit two little girls of a friend of mine.

I eat more or less everything, I particularly love fruit and vegetables. I don’t like meat and fish very much:)

I attended a language High school, where I studied English, French and German. I have always been deeply in love both with languages and crime, so I decided to study at University Linguistic Mediation in the field of Criminological Science. I graduated in October and now I’m attending a Master Degree.

When I finish University I would like both to improve my languages, to take care of children and to get in touch with new cultures; doing Aupair would be the perfect occasion to sum them all up.
