My mom had a Brazilian friend with germany twins and I had my first babysitter experience with them when they were 5. I also used to babysit a lovely autistic 4 years old, it was a challenge because he's deaf and with not much communication, but we worked things out. My longest experience with kids was in my internship at Bom Jesus, a very known private school. I had 12 students and it was part time with 5-6 years old kids. I should be there to welcome the students and wait with them for the parent to pick them up, I also helped with daily hygiene, lunch breaks, storytime, playtime (always requested to play along), activities (paintings, using non estructural toys like boxes and clays), free some energy with musics and dancing and when I had free time I organized the completed actives for their portfolios.
Now I have been in China living and teaching english to a little girl since Oct/2024.
