Hello, my name is Vendela! I live in a small town about 30 minutes from Sweden's capital, Stockholm. Right now I am in my final year in the social science program at a national school called SSHL. I have really enjoyed it but am now ready to apply as an aupair. I have known for a long time that I wanted to become an aupair after high school because I enjoy working with children and seeing their development. I have experience with children as I worked as both a tennis and padel coach for kids between 5-12 years old. In addition, I was in charge of a children's section at a gym where parents dropped off their kids during their training sessions. Besides that, I also babysat neighbors and family friends children during my teenage years.

I have always been very familiar with the fact that you can become an aupair after high school because my mother went to London and was an aupair. I think it has inspired me when I have heard her experiences and memories. If my friends and family would describe me, I am responsible, creative, friendly, curious and trustworthy. I am also adaptable because I understand that all families have their own routines and ways. But I hope that together with an aupair family I can get a bond with both the parents and the children because it develops trust. Other than that, I like listening to music, going for walks, playing racket sports like tennis and being with family and friends. Best regards Vendela.
