I am very glad to have the opportunity to be writing this letter to tell you about my life.

My name is Martina. I am 25 years old and was born in a little town from Argentina, Chabás, where i had a happy and quiet childhood with my family. My little family is made up of my mom (Maria), an older brother (Mariano) and a younger sister (Manuela), as well as grandmother, cousins and uncles.

After finishing school, I moved to Rosario, a bigger city from Argentina, to study Psychology and to live new experiences. Beyond some changes in my life, there’s something i've always had and that will never change, that is my passion in childcare, my desire and passion in childcare.
My first experience was in Chabás, at the age of 17, when I took care of two little brothers, Nina (1 year old) and Ciro (5 years old). When I moved to Rosario, I had my second experience by taking care TWO adorable brothers, Homero (4 years old) and Romeo (1 year old). Then I took care of Macarena (2 years), a very shy and affectionate girl. This was a great experience in which i felt like i was part of the family. I am currently taking care of two very funny and witty little sisters, Sofia (6 years old) and Josefina (3 years old). I have around five thousand hour in children care.

I can say that, I am person relaxed, organized, responsible and understanding, sometimes I am a bit shy but always kind.

In my free time I like cooking, listening to music, novels reading drama or suspense especially with psychological plot, and going out with friends. On weekends I usually visit my family and friends in Chabás.

There’s no food that I don’t like, I don’t have any problem with it. My favorite food is milanesa with french fries. Milanesa is a traditional Argentinian dish which I’d also like to share with you, as well as other typical meals and traditions from Argentina.

I want to be an au pair because I love spending time with children and I think that it is a great opportunity to do something that I really like that is to learn about American culture, to spend good times with you and to improve my English at the same time.

I hope we can get to know each other and develop a good and respectful relationship, working and living together as a family. To sum up i would say that i would be very happy if i could experience an unforgettable year with you and your children.
