Terms and Conditions for uploading images, photos and videos to AuPair.com

By uploading the audio, photo or video material you agree to the following terms of use:
 
  • You confirm that you are of legal age.
  • As the licenser, you provide your audio, photo and/or moving image material to AuPair.com free of charge, for which you, as the rights holder, grant AuPair.com the non-exclusive right of use. This means that the images continue to belong to you, but you allow AuPair.com to use them to the following extent: cross-media use via all output channels (website, social media, platforms for podcasts).
  • You confirm that you own all the rights necessary for this use of the above-mentioned material and that you can dispose of these rights. In particular, you are aware that filming from a television or computer screen, magazines, newspapers, photos, etc., as well as the use of music that you have not composed, recorded and played in yourself, affects the rights of third parties and requires their permission. You further confirm that no personal rights are infringed by the publication and that recognisably depicted persons agree to the publication of the pictures and videos to the extent mentioned above.
  • Your uploaded material does not contain any illegal content. In particular, commercial content (e.g. advertising or the offering of goods and services) is not permitted.
  • The team of AuPair.com examines all submissions. It reserves the right not to publish your material.
 
The data you entrust to us is safe with us. They will not be sold or passed on without authorisation. To protect your data from unwanted access, we use an encryption process on our website. Your data is transferred via the Internet with a 256-bit TLS encryption (Transport Layer Security) from your computer to our server and vice versa.
 
In general, we only use your data to the extent that you have expressly agreed or that is necessary for the provision of our services. Our privacy policy is intended to inform you of the type of information we receive from you and the purpose for which we use it. MultiKultur e.K. as operator of the website AuPair.com is the responsible organisation and in accordance with the data protection laws responsible for the protection of the personal data of the users when they visit the website AuPair.com.
 
In particular it concerns the use of personal data and special personal data by the responsible provider MultiKultur e.K. International Exchange Programs, Helmholtzstr. 50, 50825 Cologne. The data protection declaration is based on the legal principles of data protection, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

If you want to delete already uploaded material, please send an e-mail to info@aupair.com. Within the next working day AuPair.com will remove all data from the server. You will receive a confirmation of this by e-mail.
