My name is Bianca, and I’m a 31-year-old female from Australia. After many years of dedicated service in the corporate world managing projects, I have decided to take a new direction in life and pursue my passion for nurturing and caring for children.

The decision to transition from my corporate career to childcare stems from a deep desire to refresh my perspective and gain valuable life experiences. Having dedicated myself to the complexities of the business world, I find myself drawn to a path that allows me to nurture and support the growth of young minds. I believe that working as a nanny will not only provide me with the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children but also allow me to grow personally and professionally in ways that I have not yet explored.

Moreover, I possess qualities that make me well-suited for the role of a nanny. I am fun-loving, kind-hearted, and I genuinely care about the well-being and development of all those around me but specifically for children under my care. Despite not having recent formal paid childcare work experience, I have considerable experience with children of all ages as I was a paid baby sitter, a volunteer youth mentor, an employer of junior staff and a team sports coach for many years and in addition to this, i have extensive childminding experience for friends and family.

These experiences have honed my skills in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive in. I will approach each day with a sense of responsibility and a commitment to fostering a positive and enriching environment for your child or children.


Exploring new customs and cultures brings me great joy, and I've dedicated much of my time to travelling to and immersing myself in different regions around the globe.Being multicultural myself, these journeys have broadened my perspective and deepened my appreciation for diversity, enhancing my ability to connect with individuals and families from varied backgrounds. Through these encounters, I've developed traits of open-mindedness, adaptability, and cultural awareness, which I consider invaluable when working with families.

In terms of qualifications, I am a native English speaker, and I hold Australian certifications in first aid and CPR, ensuring that I am equipped to handle any emergency situations that may arise. Additionally, I hold a driver’s license with 14+ years’ experience driving, however if driving is not required, I am also comfortable navigating various transportation methods.
Being a proud homeowner myself, I understand the importance of maintaining a neat and tidy functional home and I am comfortable preparing meals as required.
