Letter to the family

Hi my name is Deborah but I prefer Debby or Debs :), I’m a 19 years old and I have Italian and German roots. I grew up in Italy and spend my whole life there, but my mom being German gave me the chance to be fluent in it so I’m lucky to be bilingual.
2 almost 3 years ago I had the opportunity to be an exchange student in the USA more specifically in the state of Minnesota, this made it possible to improve my english skills.
I’m a young lady that loves adventure and discover new things so I’m always looking for new experiences that I can live and learn from.

Experience

I would love to be an Au Pair for many different reasons that I would like to share with you.
Being an Au Pair gives you the opportunity to live a Cultural Exchange, you learn new cultures from locals, traditions and you have the chance to get to know a new language. Taking care of Children’s that don’t speak your same language and don’t grow up in your same country makes it possible that you learn from them new interesting facts.
When I was an Exchange Student I had a 6 years Old host Brother and sometimes I took an eye on him when my host parents where busy doing something ,so talking with him in my eye made me improve my English because he already had a big vocabulary and made me learn new words.
One thing i love when i lived abroad is that I build relationships and friendships that can last forever, I‘ve already been back this summer in Minnesota to see all the people I got to know when i lived there and i loved it, they made my experience unforgettable.
Last but not least working international makes you learn so many new things and it always add something on your resume, other then make you personal Growth bigger and it makes you gain independence
