I am Giselle and it is a pleasure to meet you! I am currently a student at UC Davis, and I am currently looking to move abroad after I graduate from university. I need a break from home and school, and looking for an opportunity to live abroad. I love helping people, in general, and I also love helping children. Plus, since one of future goals is to teach English abroad, I want to have a real opportunity to use my academic knowledge and apply it to the real world.

Experience

I have worked with children before during an internship while studying abroad in Madrid. I was assisting in English taught classes, like mathematics, social science and language classes. Besides the academia, I had to make sure the children trusted me and felt comfortable with me. I made sure they were prepared for their classes, but also helped them during school, like resolving any conflicts and gathering their materials. Being an Au Pair and Live-in Tutor abroad will allow me to help others away from home, but also give the opportunity to grow as an individual. I want to explore the world, but also help others at the same time.
