My name is Laura Cadenas, I’m 21 years old, and I come from Spain. I’m a warm, responsible, and open-minded person who loves working with children and learning from new cultures. This summer, I’m hoping to join your family as an Au Pair & Nanny — not only to support you in daily life, but to create a meaningful cultural exchange and grow from the experience.

One of my greatest passions is the Portuguese language and the cultures of both Portugal and Brazil. I am fascinated by the warmth, music, food, and family values that define these cultures, and I would be truly excited to experience them firsthand. I’m currently learning Portuguese and would love to improve my fluency by living with a local family and being immersed in daily life.

Becoming an Au Pair feels like the perfect opportunity to combine my love for childcare with my cultural and language interests. I’ve always enjoyed spending time with children — helping them learn, grow, and feel safe and loved. I also love planning creative and educational activities, supporting routines, and being a positive presence in the home.

You should host me because I will care for your children with patience, responsibility, and genuine affection. I respect family routines and values and will do my best to adapt to your needs, always communicating openly and kindly. I’m also happy to help with light housework and any small tasks that make your day easier.

In terms of experience, I’ve worked with children of various ages as a babysitter, and I’m confident in my ability to create a safe and happy environment. I speak English fluently and am enthusiastic about improving my Portuguese. I’m also highly organized, independent, and truly committed to making this a beautiful experience for both your family and myself.
