Julie Alexandra (18 / Ms. ), German, Student living in Germany looking for Au Pair & Nanny job in Japan for 10-12 Months

Hello! I'm Julie and I come from northern Germany, where I will soon be graduating from high school.
I want to become an au pair for two main reasons:
Firstly, working or spending time with children gives me a lot of fun and joy, which is why I would like to take this path as an au pair. I also want to support parents where I can and make their everyday lives easier.
Secondly, due to my family background, it is important to me to get to know everyday life in Japan and to be part of it myself. I would also like to improve my language skills even further and I am convinced that a two-way exchange with children is a good way to learn everyday colloquial language.
During my internship at a kindergarten, I learned that working with children requires not only calmness, composure and friendliness, but sometimes a little strictness. I learned this not only during this internship, but also when accompanying children's choirs on choir retreats, and I think that it is precisely the calmness but also the openness that sets me apart.
