Letter to the family

Hello! I'm from Spain and I would love to live the experience of being an au pair in Australia. I'm a calm, responsible, communicative and outgoing person. I’ve always been good with children, maybe because I grew up surrounded by them! I have siblings, cousins and nephews, so being around kids, either to take care of them or just to play and connect with them, has always been part of my life.

I work as a translator and interpreter, which means languages are a big part of my daily routine. I’ve decided to become an au pair because I’d like to discover the Australian culture, explore a different pace of life, and most of all, improve my English in a real and immersive way. I'm really looking forward to being part of a local family and learning through this cultural exchange.

I come from a big and warm family. I have siblings, cousins and little nephews, so I’m very used to being around children of different ages. Family is very important to me, and I’ve always felt naturally comfortable when it comes to caring for and spending time with kids.

What I hope from this experience is that it becomes a positive exchange for both sides. I would love to support the family in their daily routine and help the children get in touch with another language and culture in a natural and fun way. At the same time, I’m looking forward to learning from you, like your habits, traditions, and way of life. Also improving my English through real, everyday interaction. I believe this kind of cultural immersion can be truly enriching for everyone involved.
