Dear future host family,

My name is Sara and I am 22 years old, living in a small town in Germany with my parents and my older brother.

My grandpa is from Sicily, which makes me part Italian. I grew up getting to know a little bit of the Italian culture and since I have always loved it, I would like to become an au pair and/or live-in tutor to get the full experience.

This year I got my bachelor of arts in fashion business, which is like fashion management. I currently work a mini job as a barista in a café in my hometown. Before I start working in the fashion industry full-time, I would like to do lots of traveling and have unforgettable experiences like becoming an au pair. My dream has always been to have lived in Italy for at least a short time before starting a new job.

I am a very reliable and caring person. I think highly of honesty, sincerity and trustworthiness in other people as well as in myself. Thanks to my multiple years of work experience in the service industry, I have learned to stay calm in stressful situations and deal with any kind of customer.

I have always wanted a younger sibling. Someone to care for and that I can teach a few of the things I have learned in my life so far. I love children and since I don’t plan on having my own yet, being an au pair will be the perfect decision for me.
