Our names are Stefan and Julia. We're originally from Germany, but we've been living in Switzerland for 10 years. Stefan is 42 years old and a dentist, and I'm 38 years old and a teacher of German, career choices, and general education.

We live in Beinwil am See with our two cats, a beautiful, rural town on Lake Hallwil. In summer, you can go swimming there and explore the surrounding area.

By train, it takes about 60 minutes to get to Zurich or Lucerne, and the walk to the train station is 10 minutes. Unfortunately, there isn't a language school in our town, but you can take an online course or go to school in a larger neighboring town.

In October 2025, we will become parents of a young son for the first time, and we're looking for childcare for him starting in February 2026, as I have to go back to work at that time. I work full-time three days and stay at home four days. On my days off, I also need some support to keep important appointments or work through school materials.
It's important to us that you've already worked with an infant and can imagine living in a rural area.

We live in a large house with a garden and a beautiful view of the lake. We have a treadmill, a stepper, and an indoor bike; if you'd like to exercise, you're welcome to do so. You'll have your own room and bathroom so you have plenty of privacy. It's very important to us that you feel comfortable with us, so we'd like to get to know you via video call beforehand.
