For us the AuPair experience is great, we feel very attracted for the cultural exchange that your company brings, improving acknowledge of English and the hand on our children's care as a big sister. About the daily routine, we basically need support during the working days to get up the girls and accompanying them to school and in the afternoons to pick up from school or extracurricular class and then playing or doing some activities with them until bed time, occasionally some night. We also need your help to keep girls things always tidy and prepare the snack for the girls. As far as domestic chores are concerned, we have already contracted a weekly cleaning service, we only need your collaboration in the usual day-to-day tasks (tidy your room and the girls stuff, picking up clothes, put some washing machine or dishwasher and sometimes buy some groceries). We expect a close relationship with you and will talk often to share impressions, experiences in order to maintain a good communication, a friendship that we hope to preserve beyond your stay. For all these, we're looking a polite, responsible, steady and compromised person, with good English and funny ;-p
