We’re so happy to connect with you and introduce our family!

We are a warm, loving, and multicultural family based in the heart of Dubai, where we live in a fully staffed villa in the city center with cars and a driver to support daily routines and outings. You’ll find our home calm, well-organized, and designed to support a beautiful rhythm around our daughter, Allara.

I’m Lina, originally from Morocco, and my husband Addy is from India. We bring together different cultures and values, and we both work internationally while staying deeply rooted in family life. English is the primary language spoken at home, but we are a multilingual family and truly value cultural diversity. We would love to welcome someone who not only speaks fluent English, but is also willing to speak and teach Allara their native language as part of her early development.

Allara is 7 months old—curious, joyful, and deeply aware. We believe in conscious, emotionally present parenting, and we’re looking for a nurturing, organized, and motivated professional who can grow with her over the coming years.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a warm, emotionally grounded, and professional nanny to care for our 7-month-old daughter, Allara.

As a family, we value emotional stability, structure, and kindness. We’re seeking someone who is confident in their caregiving ability and committed to a long-term role (minimum 2-year contract) so Allara can grow up with consistency and trust.

Our ideal nanny is:
• Fit, active, and engaged
• Emotionally stable and grounded
• Experienced with infants and familiar with early childhood or Montessori education
• First aid and infant CPR trained
• Fluent in English
• Polite, kind, and respectful
• Highly organized, motivated, and calm under pressure
• A non-smoker

Accommodation

You will have your own private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, located within our family villa in the heart of Dubai’s city center. The room is fully furnished and includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and ample storage.

We provide all meals, and you’re welcome to join our family meals or enjoy your own space and routine—whatever you’re more comfortable with. Our home is fully staffed, so you won’t be expected to do household chores beyond anything directly related to Allara.

You’ll also have access to shared living areas, a beautiful garden, and a driver is available for errands, appointments, or planned outings as needed.

We respect personal time and space, and want you to feel at home while also maintaining clear boundaries that support a healthy and professional relationship.
