Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello,

my name is Shane. I live with my wife and 3 kids in Dublin, Ireland. My wife and I are doctors working in hospitals in dublin. We live in a suburb of Dublin called Terenure which is only 20 minutes by bus to the city centre or similar by bicycle. Terenure is very beautiful with lots of nature walks near by, parks, coffee shops and restaurants as well. My wife, Sophia, and I have 3 boys called Conrad, Hugo and louis. Conrad is 2 years old and Hugo and Louis are 8 month old identical twins. We live near Sophia's dad who currently helps us out with lots of daily tasks!

we would love to hear from you and would be very excited to have you come stay with us and help grow and develop our boys!

We are looking for someone to mainly look after the twins full time. Conrad currently attends creche from 8am-5pm, but we would also like someone to bring him to creche in the morning which is a 10 minute walk from our house.

Job Description

We are looking for someone to mainly look after the twins full time. The tasks would include:

feeding the twins their bottles
feeding the twins their meals (pureed foods currently)
changing them
interacting and playing with them
bringing for walks
bringing them to parks/ zoo/ farm etc

Conrad currently attends creche from 8am-5pm, but we would also like you to give him breakfast and bring him to creche in the morning which is a 10 minute walk from our house. this will not be every morning but likely 3 times a week. We would also need you to occasionally pick him up and bring him back to the house.

Other tasks:

meal preparation for the twins
cleaning up after the twins

NOT EXPECTED:

house cleaning apart from cleaning up after twins mealtimes
laundry

Accommodation

we live in a 5 bedroom house over three floors. you will have your own room and your own bathroom on a separate floor. the shower unfortunately is on a different floor though. there is a large kitchen and dinig room area and 2 separate sitting rooms. the house is on a square with a small park in the centre which is good for walks and for playing the the kids.
