Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello! I am an English woman, originally from London, now living on Turkey's Turquoise Coast with my Turkish husband, who owns a boutique hotel and restaurant here. We are looking for someone to help with 1 year old daughter (born in October 2023) while we work during the day.

We live in a beautiful village next to the sea, so the role would suit someone who enjoys being in nature, either mountains, forest or the sea. We have all three here. The nearest resort is Oludeniz (40 minute bus ride) and the nearest town in Fethiye (1 hour bus ride).

You would be based in the hotel, which is quiet until April and then gets very busy with lots of mostly English guests. There will be lots of opportunity to practice English.

Job Description

We would like someone to care for baby Lara from 10am - 7.30pm Monday to Friday.

This would involve playing with her and helping her with learning to speak, walk, and discover the world.

You would feed her breakfast and lunch (the chef would prepare these), make sure she has a nap each day and her clothes and nappy are clean.

You would be based at the hotel. Our family live in a house 5 minutes away but eat our meals there.
