Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello and welcome!

We are a family of four — , Mary, and our two lovely children, Anissa and Clem. We are a Christian home with a deep sense of family orientation, and we value love, respect, and togetherness. Our home is friendly, lively, homely, and God-fearing, and we are excited to welcome an au pair who will become part of our family.

We live just 1.5 km from the city centre, with the bus station conveniently located right opposite our house. The nearest bus stop is only a 30-meter walk away, and the closest language school is just 1 km from our home.

We look forward to sharing beautiful moments and creating wonderful memories with you!

Accommodation

Our home is a close-knit, family-oriented environment where we value love, respect, and togetherness. As part of this, the family shares the same bathroom and toilet, which is always kept clean and tidy to ensure comfort for everyone.

The au pair will have her own private, fully furnished room with uninterrupted Wi-Fi access to ensure she feels comfortable, connected, and has her own personal space.

We encourage the au pair to integrate fully into our family life, enjoying meals, activities, and celebrations with us. To support her integration and development, she will be enrolled in Dutch language classes. We also respect the importance of personal time — ensuring she has enough free time to relax, explore, and enjoy her own hobbies outside her responsibilities.
