Seeking Kind & Organized Au Pair for Energetic Duo!
Are you patient, adaptable, and passionate about childcare? We're looking for a warm and reliable au pair to join our family in Lisburn, Northern Ireland!
We have two wonderful children: a bright and curious 5-year-old boy with autism, and a delightful, energetic 18-month-old girl. We're seeking a caring individual to provide invaluable support to our busy family.
Your Role:
* Mother's Help: Assist with daily routines, household tasks related to the children, and creating a calm and organised environment.
* School Runs: Ensure our 5-year-old boy gets to and from school safely and on time.
* Morning Routine: Help with breakfast, dressing, and preparing the children for the day.
* Childcare: Engage both children in age-appropriate activities, play, and learning.
* Occasional Weekend Support: Provide childcare for a few hours on occasional weekends, allowing us some flexibility.
* Creating a Safe and Nurturing Environment: Understanding and implementing strategies to support our son's autism.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Has experience with young children, ideally including children with autism.
* Is patient, understanding, and adaptable.
* Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Is reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
* Has a genuine love for children and a positive attitude.
* Is comfortable with light housework related to the children.
* Has a driving licence and can drive.
