Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Dear (Granny) Au Pair,

My little family consists of myself, Johanna, and my son, Maximilian. I am a single mum and have been for almost his whole life. I love it but it’s also challenging. We will be moving to a different part of London in about two months as Maximilian will start attending the German kindergarten in Richmond. As we will have lots of space I would love some support with day to day tasks and with taking care of Maximilian.

Job Description

I would love someone who wants to be a part of the family, who loves spending time with Maxi but who also wants to discover the area and London, who is active and has lots of interests. This is not a full time job at all but school drop off and pickup and then spending some time with him until I finish work would be required. It’s very flexible though as I work from home and can jump in if required.

On weekends I love to spend time with Maxi but as I haven’t had many opportunities to be social over the past 3.5 years I would appreciate the opportunity to have some time to myself from time to time.

I am in the process of buying a new house. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 whole bathrooms and one toilet. The (Granny) Au pair will have their own floor including bathroom. There is another guest bedroom on that floor but it will not be in use that frequent.
