Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We are a family of 4, originally living in Belgium, but temporarily living in Portugal.
We live 20 minutes from Lisbon and Cascais by train, and 10 min walk from the beach. Carcavelos, a famous beach for surfers is just a 5 minute bike ride away. Since I am often working abroad, Anna would need some help with the kids. I would like them to maintain their Dutch during my absence.
We have had aupairs and cohousers in the past and always had pleasant experiences!

Job Description

The idea is that the kids maintain their Dutch, and Anna has some assistance while I work abroad. The aupair should lighten the load by preparing Gabriel to go to school, pick him up, play with the kids, etc. Cooking and cleaning up the kids room can also be included, but at all times the maximum amount of working hours per week and day will be respected. During Anna's photoshoots, the aupair might have to take care of the two kids independently for a few hours. Pocket money would be 450 per month.
