Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello , we are a family of four , mum , dad and two boys (8 yrs old and 10 months) living in Orpington , a nice leafy suburb of London.
The city is well connected to London with several train lines covering most of the city . Train journey to London is about half an hour.
We are looking for an au pair to stay with us for a period of at least 6 months to help with the little one . Main duties are taking the older child to school and pick up after school . look after the little one , change nappy , feeding etc ).
