Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We are very warm, easygoing and educated family with 2 wonderful and talented daughters. We speake multiple-languages (German, French, Lebanese and English) and live in a rural area in the very beautiful central part of Switzerland.
Our single family house is surrounded by a nice garden and is very close to the mountain area (7 minutes walk to the cableway) and the lake (5 mins walk).
The au-pair will be part of our family and we would like to coach (in career & private life), care, support and share our experience with the new member of the family
Our kids speak perfect German and English and basic Arabic and we would appreciate if the new au-pair is bilingual, either German/Arabic or English/Arabic, to help them maintaining and improving their language skills, but also for being able to have a good communication with the parents.
We live in Weggis, which is a very beautiful and touristic village in walking distance from the lake and at the foot of the famous Rigi mountain. The village has lovely cafes and restaurants and a lot of cultural life. People are happy, relaxed and open minded here - they enjoy having a good life.
The next bigger city is Lucerne, 40 min by bus or 30 min by ferry, where you will find clubs/nightlife and shopping areas in case you want. Zürich, the biggest city in Switzerland, is 1h 30min from here with public transport, or 45min by car.

For us, most important is that we all feel good, have fun and care for the best of our children. We love them in all their facettes and want to support them in finding their own and unique way into their life.The Kindergarden and school are just down the street and Eva likes to walk alone every day. Elin is going to the local sports club and Eva has trumpet classes where accompanying them will be needed.
Helping in the morning with breakfast would be great and cooking lunch for the kids. In addition, preparing healthy snacks for the kids, helping with the washing and folding of the kids clothes and in general keeping the kids stuff organized would be great. Otherwise playing, having fun and just supporting the kids in all their needs is the goal! :-).
Mom and dad spend most of their working time in homeoffice (although sometimes one is travelling), so there is all the time at least one of the parents present in case needed.
