Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hi there, my name is Sandeep, 39 years old and I will be having two kids end of year. My mom who is very sweet 60y old also loves with me. So it is two people so you can be comfortable. We need an au pair who can help out with the infants. The home is in an apartment complex with a lot of families indian and mexican. There are a lot of trees great for walking. It is next to big parks for exercise and there is gym and pool in the complex. The home is very close to san jose as well. I work most of the time so I need someone who can take flexible shifts through out the week. A car could be provided if requested.
