Work abroad in Robyn's family for 9-24 Months starting from Nov 2025 as an Au Pair and Nanny to take care of 4 children of 0 - 1 year old & 1 - 5 years old in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands

Must be comfortable driving, able to obtain a USVI drivers license, and comfortable around water as we have a pool and spend time on the weekends at the beach.

Prefer someone that is able to obtain a U.S. passport and may be open to joining us for travel.

We will deliver the twins in the U.S. mainland, and we'd love for you to join us around November to help with the bigger kids, then relocate to St. Thomas (our permanent home) in January.

We are looking for a nanny/au pair to become a 3rd adult family member in our home - helping with childcare, and tasks related to the children - picking up after them, helping with meal prep, laundry, errands, pick up/drop off big kids at school or from activities, etc. (We have help with other household chores, including a housekeeper, pool service, & landscaping).

Typical hours are M-F, 8am - 5pm, but there will be times that we need additional help on evenings/weekends or if one parents is traveling for work. For the most part, you will have weekends off.

Hourly stipend provided (pay is hourly so that you are rewarded for hours worked) - should be able to save most of your income as most living expenses will be covered - amounts to about $450USD/wk.

Stability, consistency & clear communication are very important in making sure this arrangement works - Mom & Dad work demanding jobs, and taking time off last-minute is challenging.
