Job Description

We live in a residential area near Morges/Lausanne. Madame works as a consultant/project manager for a digital marketing platform while Monsieur is responsible for business development in the field of artificial intelligence. We both work 100%, mainly from home. We are de facto separated, but have kept a very friendly relationship. We manage our two sons alternately, they always stay in our main house, and we alternate every other week. They go to school and then to after-school daycare every day of the week. They are sociable, they like to play with each other, love football, tennis, gym, swimming, music.

The proposed work schedule will be about 25 hours per week. In general, the main need is after school (pick-up at 5:30 p.m.) and on weekends, usually half days. You will have time during the day to have your own activities. We need help with the daily evening routine, until the children are in bed, usually until 8:30pm. We put them to bed ourselves. We currently have a cleaner every week, we expect you to complete with the daily household chores, tidying the kitchen, laundry for the family, tidying the children's room and play areas. The house has a swimming pool.
We are looking for someone who enjoys being with children and is responsible / trustworthy to ensure the safety of the children inside and outside. Someone who has empathy, good emotional intelligence and enough patience to look after two young children, and command the necessary authority. We expect you to be able to take initiative. You have a driving license with experience, and currently live in Europe or Switzerland.
