Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

I am a mother of 3 recently divorced and I need help with my three little boys. They love playing in their playroom and outside, and they are very funny guys ! I mostly need help with picking up from school or dinner/sleep time, depending on the day. Their father is from the USA and I wouldn't like them to forget their English now that I'm with them by myself, as I speak to them in Catalan. We would like to welcome a loving AuPair that would live with us and share our family life for a few months. We live in a small village but take trips to Barcelona twice a month for a few days. We have a place to stay 10 minutes away from the city of Barcelona where our AuPair could stay on her days off (2 days a week), if she wanted to.

Job Description

Our AuPair wouldn't do any housework (only the boys food sometimes) and filling the dishwasher when needed, but no other cleaning task or any other household. I am mostly looking for someone to spend time with my boys after school, while I do the cooking, cleaning and afterwork tasks. The looking after the boys could include: picking them up at school (rural school 2 minutes away from our house), getting their snacks ready, taking them to the playground, watching them while they play in the playroom, reading... sometimes making some fun activities (handcrafts, treasure hunt...). If I ever need to be gone for a while, there would be my mother or a babysitter to help, our AuPair wouldn't be left alone with the three monkeys !
