Welcome to our family! We are absolutely thrilled to have you join us and are looking forward to getting to know you better in the coming months. ?

Let us first introduce ourselves:
We are the Sharma family — Tarun Sharma and Sakshi Sharma, proud parents of two sets of twins! Our older twins are almost three years old, and the younger twins are just nine months old. In total, we have three girls and one boy — so our home is always full of energy, curiosity, and lots of laughter.

We live in Würzburg, in the peaceful and family-friendly district of Zellerau. It’s a lovely neighborhood with green spaces, playgrounds, and a welcoming local community.

We truly appreciate the role you will play in our lives — helping with childcare, supporting daily routines, and becoming part of our family. We hope that you feel at home, supported, and valued every day.

? A bit about our location
City Center: Würzburg’s vibrant historic center is only about 10 minutes away by tram or bus. There, you’ll find charming cafés, shops, markets, and cultural sites.

Language School: The nearest language school is the Volkshochschule Würzburg (VHS), located in the city center. It’s easy to reach in 10–15 minutes by tram, and we’re happy to help you sign up for classes.

Public Transport: The nearest tram stop is Hartmannstraße, just a 5-minute walk from our home. Trams and buses run frequently and reliably, making it easy to navigate the city and surrounding areas.

This is more than just work for us—it’s a cultural exchange. We look forward to learning about your traditions, language, and life experiences, and sharing our own German culture and lifestyle with you.

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities
1. Childcare Support
Supervise, play with, and engage the children in age-appropriate activities that support their development and well-being.

Assist with morning and afternoon routines including dressing, feeding, and getting children ready for school or daycare.

Accompany children to and from school or kindergarten safely.

Support nap and bedtime routines, including bathing younger children as needed.

Help with homework or language learning.

Encourage positive behavior and social skills through games and interaction.

2. Light Household Tasks Related to Children
Tidy children’s rooms and play areas regularly.

Wash and organize children’s clothes; assist with children’s laundry.

Serve simple meals or snacks for the children.

Clean up after children’s meals, including washing dishes and tidying the kitchen area.

Change and organize bedsheets and bedding in children’s rooms.

Take care of children’s belongings, such as organizing wardrobes and school bags.

Dispose of children’s waste and keep trash bins emptied regularly.

3. General Assistance
Assist parents with daily routines and schedules involving the children.

Occasionally help with small household tasks directly related to childcare.

Participate in family activities and cultural exchange.

Working Hours and Conditions
Up to 30 hours per week, mostly during mornings and afternoons.

Sufficient free time to attend language courses, rest, and explore the local area.

Supportive and respectful family environment aiming for cultural exchange and mutual learning.

Heavy household chores unrelated to children (e.g., full house cleaning, laundry for adults).
