Our mornings start early around 7 o’clock. With a new baby on the way, we could really use some help getting the older kids ready for school and prepared for the day. It's tricky to chase a 3, and a 1-year-old down to put on their pants when you are tied up nursing a newborn lol.

We would like to have an au pair or nanny, who is comfortable driving with children in the car, as we may need help transporting our daughter to preschool, or transporting our son to daycare.

As our home is located on the water, it is very important to us that our au pair is comfortable swimming and watching children playing in the water.

In addition to help with school prep and drop off's in the morning, we would like some help keeping our kiddos engaged in the time period after school- dinnertime so we can provide a well cooked meal and quality family time before bed. Besides the occasional Date night, we don't anticipate needing a ton of help over the weekends leaving them free for you to travel/ explore/visit home, and there would be larger periods of free time during to day to pursue other interests, part-time work or school.
