Why I want to be an Au Pair:
I decided to become an au pair because of my love for children. I am a family oriented person and having a family in France will make me feel at home and having the children to take care of will give me a sense of purpose. I am someone who from a young age has always taken on the role of babysitter for local families and my own relatives as well, I not only have a lot experience but I am also a natural at it. Being good with children is something that comes to me naturally. My mother even has always told me from a young age that I have this warmth and compassion for childcare, which is why I decided to pursue becoming an Au Pair.

I have a lot of experience with caring for children. I am a well-trained babysitter with a lot of experience babysitting babies as little as 6 months old. I am very creative and love to do creative things with the kids like painting and drawing. I love the outdoors so taking them to parks and long walks for fresh air is something thats very good for kids. I play piano so I can also teach them how to play. I have many years of choral experience so I can teach them how to sing and/or read music. I am very capable of the responsibilities of taking care of the kids, I volunteered at a children's camp for a week where I alone was in responsible for 18 little girls and even though there were 18 of them I still managed to get them all ready for bed. I sang them to sleep every night and made sure they felt safe when they began to feel homesick. To this day that was one of my best experiences was taking care of those children and I'm sure being a au pair taking care of children will be an equally greater experience.

I am more than capable of teaching the children English and being patient with them. I have experience teaching children in 1st-2nd grade at local elementary school classrooms weekly about nutrition.

Why Paris:
After studying abroad in Belgium, I visited Paris and I fell in love with the city and decided I want to come back to explore more get more experience and discover the city. Becoming an Au Pair in this beautiful city was the perfect fit.
