I am Olesya, I am 21 years old.
Even in school, I used to organize Self-taught Days to make our education more interactive. Later, I pursued my dream job as a Social Sciences teacher and have been working in this role for three years. I believe my mission is to help children find themselves and their personalities. Consequently, I consider education, which encompasses both classroom learning and our everyday interactions, to be the ultimate tool for uncovering the individuality of others. I use a personalized approach to every student, making this learning process more understandable and practically useful for each student.

This is the main reason I want to engage in this program - in my job, I am in touch with my students 24/7. Sometimes it can be a simple neutral communication when they tell me about their experiences, but even in such moments, I realize the responsibility of every word I say as a teacher. That is why I help people to realize their thoughts, to understand themselves, and most importantly, I teach them that there are no unsolvable situations, even in everyday conversations. Neither in study nor in life. And this is what the program will allow me to do even better and more efficiently, becoming a person for the child that they can trust at any time.

Why should you host me? I believe actions speak louder than words, so there are just facts:
- National Honor GPA Award (5.0/5.0 GPA) & National Diploma with Honors for exams;
- As a teacher, I daily conduct individual webinars, carry out brainstorm sessions with interactive games and presentations, organize additional emotional self-help webinars and time management classes. I doubled the students' average score on the exam;
- Won Best Teacher award (out of 208) 3 times;
- My graduates' average Unified State Exam score was 86 (there were perfect-scoring students (scored 100/100) among the graduates);
- 2x Winner of the International Enlightenment Olympiad on pedagogy "Pedagogical Aspects" (out of 293);
- Won the regional Educational Research Conference "First Steps” - the study on the impact of individuals' perception on education;
-Received a license for the right to conduct educational activities from the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth Policy of the Komi Republic

Please, note: I've got a solid 6 months of driving under my belt ?, and I'm totally in the process of leveling up my license (other category of license). So, I've got a couple of options: either we wait about three months for the new license to be processed so I can arrive with it, or I can come to you sooner and directly take my license in the US. BUT, be warned, I will need to get an international license when I arrive in the US anyway, as my national license is not internationally recognized.?
